I am hoping to see some amazing Christian rock bands this year. We do not get a lot of opportunities here but we have been blessed to see Stryper, Bloodgood, Demon Hunter, and Disciple in the last few years. Come on over guys and gals, the water's fine...
Most don't come around here to often in the midwest either. We usually have to drive at a minimum 3 hours to be in good range for anything. Usually not a big issue if the musical act is not too expensive and worth it.
Yeah, we have to drive to Seattle which is over two hours away or Portland which is three hours
Usually Kansas City or Minneapolis around here. Don't know if I'm adventurous enough for Chicago lol.
I've never been out west but from what I hear, the Portland/Seattle area are amazing for the music scene.
Rarely does anyone come around here. Stryper has been 4 hours from me and that has been the closest they've come. My son and I did see THOUSAND FOOT KRUTCH, LACY STURM, MANIC DRIVE and VERIDIA at a festival that was 90 minutes from my house. It was on an airport runway. TFK and Lacy were fantastic.

Sounds amazing DavidMac!
I'm always on the lookout for the chance to see Demon Hunter and/or War of Ages (especially the latter) but they've been very limited lately. I'd like to see them at least once before its ever too late!
It's been several years since I've been to a Christian rock concert. Hopefully that changes this year.
The Protest and Deadsin are coming to a church right down the road about 30 miles from me in mid march. I've never seen either one of them before. Think I'll try to make it.
Two great bands... take some pics and sport your D2S shirt. lol. So does your wife like Christian rock?
Yes she does! Thank the Lord I have someone to share this with. She has heard so much of it over the past few years through me. So thankful she likes it.
Haha... AWESOME! If your wife isn't listening, you don't have it loud enough! LOL
Oh I keep it loud! Yes sir!
The Protest and Deadsin are tonight. I'll let everyone know how it went. I'm excited, first concert I've been to in years.
AWESOMENESS!!!!! 8)
Enjoy!
The Deadsin and The Protest concert was awesome last night! The venue was a little church. About 40 in attendance total so it was very intimate. Met all the guys in both bands. It was a great time. Christ was definitely exalted all evening. I got some pics of my wife and I sporting DTS and Fuel t-shirts with The Protest but I can't figure out how to post pics here on the forum. I hope to figure it out soon.Protest 1.jpg
My wife figured it out. Not me. 8)
Awesome bro, thanks for rocking the stations!!!
My pleasure brother. Glad to represent the ministry. They recognized both stations.
Very nice - Sounds like a blast!
Thanks for sharing!
