Reviews For "Atomic Arena"

BC rocks on this classic release

By tombie on 11/17/2011

This is my favorite album by one of my all-time favorite bands, Barren Cross. I grew up listening to Iron Maiden and when BC came onto the scene, let's just say I got a little excited. I loved their first release but Atomic Arena was amazing! I first heard a cut from this album before it came out, called "Dead Lock"; it was featured on the various artist album, "California Metal" and I could not wait for the release of "Atomic Arena". This album is awesome from start to finish and is easily in my top ten all-time favorite classics. It starts off with the metal anthem, "Imaginary Music". This is probably my favorite song on the album and it just rocks! Another favorite is the balladic love song, "Heaven Or Nothing"; this is a great song. Other favorites are; "Dead Lock", "Killers Of The Unborn", "Terrorist Child", and "Cultic Regimes". This is a must for any metal collection and I highly recommend it.

I agree with our fearless leader Tom on this one. This is a great album. I too was big Maiden fan and when I first discovered this album and heard Killers of the Unborn I thought of maiden. So if you are a maiden fan and are looking for a christian alternative this the album for you
