Please pray for God to give me direction. My manager and mentor passed away unexpectedly just before Thanksgiving '21.  He was a good man and mentor and the workplace dynamic has shifted greatly in his absence. I feel a loyalty to stay but also that I can get better experience elsewhere.

I have one foot in and one out, unsure what to do at this time.
