Amidst the political craziness of our world, my heart is perfectly calm. The throne to which I have pledged my allegiance is not up for election and the Potentate who sits on that throne neither loses nor gains authority based on my opinion.

*Instead of campaigning for my vote, He was crucified for my sins.
*Instead of blaming His opposition, He bore their offenses.
*Instead of self-promotion, He surrendered His reputation.
*Instead of uttering hate, He unconditionally loved.
*Instead of birthing division, He bridged divides.
*Instead of spreading fear, He secured peace.
*Instead of proliferating endless lies, He promised eternal life.

This is my King. His name is JESUS.
