I get through with ministry at 9PM every Friday night. I rock out to some Armashreddin as I'm taking people home. Good times!!!

WOW! I just listened to Armashreddin for the first time ever down here at the Jersey Shore in Wildwood! Didn't realize it's just shreddin totaly! RAD sound! Bummed that I've been missing it all this time cause I'm working out at Body&Boul at the same time!

Got my third taste of shreddin on Friday, was able to catch almost the whole show, digging it!        Sure gonna miss it when I'm back to Body&Soul aerobics this coming week!

Well I took the day off on Friday from working out at the Chapel with Body&Soul, it was only gonna be me and the instuctor because the other two ladies that do Fridays were out of town, so I gave her a break. In doing so I had time to sleep late and when I was enjoying my breakfast I was listeing to DEADtoSelf as I always do, when I realized the SHREDDIN' had begun and I was able to catch the whole show! Too bad I can't pull that stunt again next Friday!

Was able to do some more SHREDDIN' this past Friday, my B&S instructor was in Texas visiting a friend, so I heard the whole show again! So diggin' it!
