   That is an awesome article. Might get bad here in the U.S. sooner than we think. The writing is on the wall.
   Some of our missionaries in China were run out by the CCP last year threatened with prison. They have recently just gotten back in. We pray for them continually not to get caught again.

Very encouraging article! The cautions of over-confidence should be constantly reminded.

What comes to mind after reading it are those who "chase the likes" of others, seeking approval from fallible sources with sandy foundations. How will they stand when others are showing disapproval?

I have a lot left to learn but in some of my experiences I have learned that it is ok to stand alone, with all others against me; because I am not standing alone. As long as I am in His word and practice it to the best of my ability, He will stand with me. I hope and pray that if/when the persecution comes, I can maintain this mentality, and more-so that I may be able to imbue this mentality on my loved ones; the younger generations who are raised among seeking approval of the masses.

This is so true about our times now and could be very helpful to the true followers of Christ. We offend talk about things like that in our ladies bible studies.
