Fourth Estate's Dustbuster Demos represents the foundation of any great musical collaboration in the basement and in the beginning. Playing together without a vocalist in Colorado in 1987, guitarist Dave Beegle, drummer Jim Iltis and bassist Fred Babich found that the music alone could speak for itself. They quickly busied themselves composing original material as well as creating instrumental arrangements of some of their favorite cover tunes. This is music conceived and performed by pure essence and intuition and shows what real musicianship truly exemplifies. This stuff is hard to find today, so therefore we must look to the past to uncover examples of real vision and fortitude. Songs such as "War Of The Worlds", "Dance Of The Spider Monkey", "Sweep The Floor" and "Hoedown" all show what good music at the hands of great musicians can be.
