Album Info
Released in 2026 via Roxx Records and Resurrection Records, the band's sophomore EP isn't just another addition to the heavy music canon. It's a manifesto for the faithful, the doubting, and the broken. It's the sound of spiritual transformation set to the grinding gears of metalpraisecore, a genre BecomingSons built from the ground up.
This EP is the band's boldest statement yet! It is a collection of songs written in the crucible of pandemic-era uncertainty and spiritual searching. Produced at FL Recordings in San Antonio with Fernando Lemus, the record blends technical musicianship with raw emotional power.
What sets BecomingSons apart is their unapologetic focus on faith and resilience. Their lyrics tackle darkness head-on, addressing everything from personal doubt to church hypocrisy, but always circle back to hope; which is the EP's central theme: finding light in the ashes.
Chad Perkins – Screams
Justin Barrera – Guitar
Brian Derby – Bass
Roger Stack – Drums
