Abraham Amador

Country: United States of America
Genre: Instrumental Rock

Growing up in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Central America, Abraham Amador was exposed to colorful varieties of music, including Latin, Folk, R&B, and Rock. Some of Abraham's first performance experiences were within the context of Honduran folk music trios playing classical guitar, mandolin, and upright bass. After seeing a live performance by Luis Lagos, Abraham was inspired to explore the vast capabilities of the electric guitar, and soon began to study with Eduardo Cedeno. Heavily influenced by the works of Yngwie Malmsteen, Alex Skolnick, Steve Vai, and Eddie Van Halen, Abraham Amador soon gained a reputation as a guitarist with both speed and technical virtuosity. Abraham soon excelled as an arranger, composer, and choir director.
