Breaking The Silence

Breaking the Silence is a Christian Hard Rock Band formed in 2006. The lineup consisted of lead singer Sarah Anthony, her husband, lead guitarist and backing vocalist, Mark Anthony, bassist Matt Beal and drummer Mat Seagle. They entered the recording studio indefinitely with producer Travis Wyrick (P.O.D, Pillar, Disciple) which consequently lead to their only album as Breaking The Silence, Stand, released in 2007. This was followed by an impressive set of 150 shows on tour a year. Their big break came when Tooth & Nail Records called to ask if they could replace a split band on the semi-successful Five Four Five Tour with fellow artists Dizmas and Children 18:3. They accepted although it was only at two weeks notice.
