Dragon's Cry

Lead singer Jadson Schlengmann and guitarist Felipe Zaneripe had already had experiences together in other bands, when in mid-2007, founded Dragon's Cry and that same year invited keyboardist Jesse Alves to join the band. It remained for two years, rehearsing, composing and looking for a drummer and bassist. In 2010 Felipe Zaneripe joined the band as well as drummer Eder Medeiros. In November 2011, Odione Schlickmann auditioned for the band's bassist and officially joined. Dragon's Cry makes a Power Metal sound with progressive and symphonic influences, in each song a different influence switching between progressive music, aggressive, melodic, traditional and even folk. While the lyric's concept revolves around a fictional prophecy where the Dragon, antagonist of the story, will cry in defeat. Hence the name Dragon's Cry.
