The meaning behind the name Fall Of Echoes is simple..."We feel that biblical truth, for the most part, has been lost in this generation and the echoing unchanging message that's been given has fallen on deaf ears and rejectful hearts". Visual Cliff, usually an all-instrumental progressive fusion band, recently recorded Freedom Within and in a departure from the norm, that record had vocals - supplied by Orphan Project's Shane Lankford. Although the project was a success, it was far from Visual Cliff's usual musical style - so that lineup was spun off into Fall Of Echoes, with Orphan Project and Visual Cliff contributing more or less equally to the new lineup.
