Hot Pink Turtle

Hot Pink Turtle was born on December 13, 1989. They played the Kansas City music scene for a couple years, got some label attention, recorded one national release, toured for 18 months or so, then... kind of fell apart about the same time that their label went bankrupt. HPT recorded songs for three national releases: 1992, The REX Music Sampler; 1993, Ticklewigglejigglepickle; and 1994, I Predict A Clone (A Steve Taylor Tribute). In addition, they recorded seven unreleased song for what would have been their second studio album, Horsechild. The guys are all alive and well, in Missouri and Tennessee, living life, and continuing to rock - each in their own way. Yep.
