Iron Rod

The band was pieced together with studio musicians in Seattle 1994 and sold 30,000 CD's of their first release "Rockin' The Right Way." The band was reformed in Salt Lake City, UT in 2001 and played regularly including headlining in the 2002 Winter Olympics where they recorded their live album "The Moment of Truth" (yet to be released). Internal struggles dissolved the band once again and the founder Dr. Staten Medsker relocated to Nashville in 2005 to pursue a solo TV and Music career. 2014 Dr. Medsker returned to Seattle due to family health reasons and in November 2015 re-launched Rockndoc Recording Studio in an attempt to resurrect Iron Rod's incomplete music projects.
