Based out of Anaheim, California, Iron Sharpens Iron blends both melody and intensity in a way which sets them apart. From their driving rhythms to heart-hitting vocal harmonies they are raising the bar for the "Core" genre.
The band formed in the fall of 2009. Within their first year ISI had already stormed the local scene and played with such bands as Living Sacrifice, To Speak of Wolves and Becoming the Archetype to name a few.
"This is not just a band, but a means to reach people and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ," says singer Christopher Kurth. "We strive to reach the lost and be a light in a very dark music scene. We are so thankful to be used as instruments of the Lord and hope that He would continue to use us effectively for His Kingdom."
