Although music has the ability to draw the listener into an auditory and emotional world all their own, it also captures something bigger that keeps us coming back: true community. That simple core concept is what Jamie Kucinski is honoring with Kardia Complex.
Kardia Complex is a rising new collaborative project that fuses worship and rock roots, breaking down the barrier lines separating traditional church music from the rest of the world in order to offer a more complete picture of the body of Christ. The vision behind Kardia Complex sees Jamie Kucinski at the musical helm, but supported by musicians from a range of genre backgrounds. "I am praying this idea closes the family chasm a bit," Jamie explains.
Jamie's experience includes serving as drummer and founding member of XIII Minutes as well as extensive event planning and promotion in the Tulsa area. Kardia Complex embodies the core goals of everything he has done throughout his professional career.
"Our worship is not confined to a church building or a day of the week. It is not simply a genre. It's a way of life," Jamie summarizes. "It's celebratory. I feel this adulation should find its way into the public square. Who knows? Perhaps, it might even inspire someone else to lay down their stereotypes."
