King James was formed in 1993 and considered a Super-Group featuring Rex Carroll (Whitecross), Jimi Bennett (Sacred Fire), Robert Sweet and Tim Gaines (both of Stryper). They recorded two albums and a video with the original lineup before disbanding to pursue other endeavors. When the group reformed, Robert and Tim weren't able to return, so Rex brought in Whitecross' Michael Feighan and Benny Ramos and the band recorded a third album in 2013.
