Regime was a metal band founded in 1990 by guitarist Rick Martinez who was formally in the California metal band, Soldier. Band members consisted of; Rick Hunter Martinez on Guitars, Dan Tatum on keyboards, Andy Glasmacher on drums, Darryl Roberts on vocals, and Tom Young on bass.
