Timesword is a musical project born in December 2005 from the mind of Dan Logoluso, guitarist and founder of the group. After taking time out from the live scene, an idea was born: the simple sound of a minor triad evoked and developed a complete and intense work of art.
At the beginning there was no planning ,no real direction, but after just a few months, three songs were already in the making, as if inspired by something unknown and greater. After a while Dan decided he needed to put his music into the skillful hands of true musicians who could arrange and give life to the project while understanding its musical meaning. Thus started a long journey, looking for the best possible musicians: the first to be won over by the music was Bryan Beller, one of the best bass players on the international scene - having worked with "James Labrie", "Steve Vai", "Mike Keneally", "Dweezil Zappa" and many more - who in a short period of time learned and recorded two songs. After a couple of months, Dan met drummer Alex Galanti and bass player Luca Prederi, previously in Komaday an Italian Prog Trash band.
Subsequently enters the line up keyboardist Alberto Sonzogni, multifaceted musician graduated in Organ and composition at the Istituto Musicale Donizetti in Bergamo and artist committed to 360° with collaborations both classical and modern, participated in the project in 2007 to SpellBlast Choirs of the parties drafting the album Horns of silence (made by Fuel, which is distributed by Self / Frontiers).
At the end of 2008 comes into the singer Mark Pastorino not much has also become the rhythm guitarist renowned Italian band Secret Sphere.
On 5 March 2010 have been released the debut album called "Chains of Sin" under 7HARD records with a worldwide distribution.
