Wisdom's Call

Formed in 2006 out of central Kentucky, Widsom's Call began as a trio, Jacob Allen, Pete Dipietro, and John Helton. With a musical palette full of so many influences that it's hard to pin this band with a, "Hey, they sound like..." tag, Wisdom's Call is a band to be experienced. Bringing their own brand of hard rock/heavy metal which combines heavy guitar riffs, grooving bass lines, searing shred-guitar solos, pummeling double-kick drumming, and vocals that range from melodic singing to brutal screams. Only one year after their inception, the band signed to SoulJoy Records (no longer in business).
However much the apparent passion for excellent musicianship is in this band, it pales in comparison to their collective and individual passions for reaching the world with the redeeming gospel of the cross of Jesus Christ. Each member having experienced the grace of God and the power of His finished work through Jesus' shed blood with testimonies of His awesome, glorious grace acting in their lives, they are consumed with the passion to use their music as a vehicle to impact people of all ages and all walks of life with the life-changing gospel of the Kingdom of God.
