"We’re a brand new type of record label – one which places emphasis on the integrity of the music as well as the character of those under our umbrella. Our goal is to inject amazing (and amazingly) positive music into the culture. We’re seeking out bands who wish to build up rather than destroy…bands who truly care about the youth of this nation/world.
Voluminous Records is a forward‐thinking record label blazing the trail based on the concepts of the “new music industry.” Our vision is to partner with artists and share the responsibilities as well as the rewards. Unlike our major label counterparts, our perspective is based in shared risk, shared investment, fiscal responsibility and Christian values. We seek to smash the mold created by the abusive record label oligarchs of old. We expect shared sacrifice, shared reward and out-of-the-box thinking from everyone involved in order to achieve our ultimate goals. We believe this is nothing short of a revolutionary, yet common sense-laden approach to making and sharing great music with the world – together as one!
Our flagship artist is Summertime Dropouts, a Pop Punk band out of Minneapolis, MN. We recently signed Alternative Metal band Fades Away, also from Minneapolis, and a’re currently negotiating with several other bands. So there are definitely more releases to follow soon! I hope you’ll spend some time exploring the site and getting to know the artists we so proudly represent."
