Circus Dawn exploded onto the Chicago music scene in late 2004 with their debut album, Avant Garde and a dynamic, charismatic and highly energetic live performance which leaves the crowd craving for more. In 2005 HM Magazine, Circus Dawn was voted 2nd (tied) Favorite Indie Band by HM Magazine 2005 Reader's Poll. Also included in this Issue is the coveted HM Mag Sampler CD, featuring Circus Dawn's single, "Oceans Beneath the Desert". Touching on more progressive styles, their music is passionate, heavy and creatively unique, with cryptic lyrics, accompanied by melodic harmonies, pounding drums, and rhythmic guitars, capturing the power in their music with ease.
