Time was due for the brothers to release a full-length album, and so they returned to Tim Bushong to capture their sound on disc. Twelve tracks and several months later, the band released an independent record, and was picked up by M8 Distribution. They continued to shop demos hoping to catch the attention of recording executives. All the hard work paid off in March of 2001 when the brothers signed a record deal with True Tunes a division of Rhythmhouse Records. The result was the national release of their album Life Moves On, which hit the stores August 14, 2001.
