Released in 1993, Volume 4 of the Intense Live Series features Die in a live studio recording while subsequent volumes focused on other bands such as Tourniquet and Deliverance.
The band covered Petra's "All Over Me" and also included an unreleased track, "Endless Love".
Recorded February 6 and 7, 1993 at The Green Room, California and mixed February 24 and 25, March 3, 1993 at the Mixing Lab, California.
